Our payment gateway provider has now confirmed that full service has been restored as of 5:23 pm ET, so the issue lasted approximately 40-minutes beginning at around 4:43 pm ET.

We have now confirmed with our payment gateway provider that the issue is on their end, and they indicated it is being treated as top priority until resolved. We will provide an update as soon as we have more information.

Investigating
We are currently experiencing intermittent issues with our payment gateway provider.
You may encounter problems processing transactions with Storefront, Reseller Sign up and adding funds to your reseller account.
We are in communication with our vendor to identify and resolve the issue.
We will report back as soon as we get an update.
