Maintenance window- September 24, 2016 - 08:30 hrs UTC to 12:30 hrs UTC.

We are performing an upgrade to our load balancer cluster responsible for providing service to HRS. There should be no service impact during the first hour of the window. Subsequent to this we expect a minimum of 30 minutes downtime. During this time we will not be able to process any requests to our HRS service including provisioning and renewals. All HRS service connectivity as well as provisioning will be unavailable.

This scheduled maintenance affected: Control Panels (Reseller Control Panel, Classic RWI) and APIs (OpenHRS API).
