Maintenance window- February 28, 2016 - 04:30 hrs UTC to 05:30 hrs UTC.

We are performing an upgrade to our database system responsible for payment services. During this time we will not be able to process any payments including credit card payments. All OpenSRS service connectivity as well as provisioning will remain available. Only payments will be affected during this period.

The actual downtime should be limited to no more than 30 minutes in total.
