Our engineers continue to investigate the issues concerning the ability to login to our reseller control panel as well as access API.

Investigating
We have received multiple reports of users being unable to log in to the RCP (Reseller Control Panel) as well as API authentication failures.

You may received a similar error when attempting to log in to the reseller panel;

The login information cannot be sent for this reseller account: Internal/unhandled exception: /api/user/get/: (2013, "Lost connection to MySQL server at 'reading initial communication packet', system error: 104")

Customer service tools are also impacted.

The engineering team has been engaged and is currently investigating.

Resellers will not be able to access their respective control panels at this time and may experience errors when attempting to place API calls.
