At approximately 19:00 UTC our cluster A webmail services began to experience slowness when logging in and/or managing mailboxes. This recovered within 15 minutes through quick work by our operations team. The same issue began to occur with the cluster B service at approximately 19:50 UTC and was recovered at 20:00 UTC.
